Modular Wall Systems

Porta-King modular walls are the perfect alternative to constructing walls or partitions with conventional construction materials inside your manufacturing, warehouse, school or office. The installation is much faster because all of the components used to construct these walls have already been designed and fabricated at our plant. A faster installation will mean less disruption to your daily business operations. Because there is no on-site fabrication required during the installation of our systems there is less mess inside your facility. This can be especially important in areas where dust and debris could interfere with sensitive manufacturing operations. On average you can anticipate about a 50% time savings when using our modular design to construct a wall or partition.

Another advantage to using modular construction is that all of the materials purchased to construct your wall system are reusable. If your space needs change, simply contact Porta-King and we’ll redesign your modular wall for free, even if no additional materials are required. Most of our customer will re-design one of our walls or partitions at least once during the life of the structure. This flexibility would not be possible in a conventionally built wall system.

Because the panels used in our various prefabricated wall systems are pre-finished they require less maintenance than a conventional wall system that is typically painted to create the finished appearance.  Clean up is typically as easy as wiping down the surface with a damp cloth.  We use EPS or urethane insulating core in our wall systems.  This solid core makes our panels much more impact resistant compared to a hollow cavity stud wall. 

The sound performance of our walls is equal to or better than open stud conventional construction.  The standard design of our wall panels will greatly reduce noise transmission between individual work spaces.  With the addition of optional materials we can achieve an STC rating as high as 47 with and average decibel (dB) reduction level of 48.
