Porta-King prefabricated walls provide a quick and easy installation alternative to a conventionally constructed wall system.  Consider all the following advantages we can offer you the next time you need to subdivide new or existing work space.  

Porta-King partitions are typically less expensive than conventional construction, especially when you consider the overall cost of construction.  Because our prefabricated wall systems are designed in house you save the additional cost of an architect or space planner often required when designing a conventionally built wall system.  If required, Porta-King can also offer free on-site consultations to assist you with your partition design.   Our pre-engineered design also means faster installation which leads to reduced on-site labor costs.  On average you can anticipate about a 50% time savings when using our prefabricated design to construct your walls. 

All of the components used to construct one of our wall systems are shipped with a pre-finished surface.  In addition, all panels and framing components pre-cut and mitered to fit your specific layout.  By eliminating on-site fabrication, we also greatly reduce the cost associated with cleaning up after the installation is complete.   This too will reduce on-site labor costs while improving interior air quality by eliminating the dust created when cutting, sanding and painting drywall.

The prefinished design of our office partitions also means less maintenance.  Clean up in most instances is a simple as wiping down the surface with a wet cloth.  The solid insulating cavity we use in our office partitions makes them more impact resistant in comparison to a hollow cavity stud wall. 

The sound performance of our office partitions is equal to or better than open stud conventional construction.  The standard design of our wall panels will greatly reduce noise transmission between individual work spaces.  With the addition of optional materials we can achieve an STC rating as high as 47 with and average decibel (dB) reduction level of 48.

Additionally, once you have purchased a Porta-King wall system all future redesign services are free of charge.  Even if your re-design does not require the purchase of new material we’ll still show you how to reutilize your initial materials investment into a new configuration.  We’ll create a new design layout for you that identify how all current components will be incorporated along with any new components required to achieve your new layout.  Most of our customer will re-design one of our modular partitions at least once during the life of the system. This flexibility would not be possible in a conventionally built wall system.  Not only does this make our wall system a wiser investment choice over conventional construction, but this “sustainable design feature” may also have application toward LEED certification.
